As many as 47 companies were involved in the quality of service contest.
Mystery shoppers visited Moscow garment and footwear stores, banks and insurance companies, digital appliances stores and gift shops in 2010.

The SQI (Service Quality Index) analysis method developed by GK SHAG allows for comparison of service quality levels in various market segments and can be applied to any end user services. The SQI rating is based on benchmarks highlighting a company's position versus other chains.

SQI Management (GK SHAG) is a company, specializing in developing QoS management systems. The company grew out of an initiative for assessment of quality of service, which was launched back in 1999. The SQI Management range of services includes: Quality of Service Index, mystery shopping, service quality benchmarking, setting up corporate service quality management systems. SQI Management assessed 285 brands, with QoS inspections being carried out across 488 cities in Russia and CIS. Beginning from 2003, CC SHAG has been delivering regular self-initiated non-profit research of service quality in the Russian retail sector. Data of public self-initiated service quality research is published in leading business publications, including Secret Firmi, Vedomosti, Sales, Retailer Magazine, Izvestia, and many others.
